What one top tip would you give to a business owner embarking on a growth plan?

First, look at what you do successfully and what could be improved. Secondly: know your market. Who is your target market, what are their problems and how can you solve it? Then, take a look at your competitors, what they are doing to solve problems and how you can do things a little differently. Be creative and don’t be afraid to go wild with your initial ideas, you can then reign these back in as you fine tune your plan. Also, can we do things differently to cut costs for your business (such as digital transformation)?
