So many companies go chasing new customers all the time, when they really should be developing long lasting relationships with their existing customers – not treating them like a one night stand.

Learn from others’ experiences, nothing is new, and surround yourself with positive people, especially those who ‘get you’ and will listen to your ideas and help you make them happen.
