The Growth Catalyst team will help you identify and understand the challenges and opportunities facing your business, create a bespoke Growth Strategy and Action Plan as well as providing flexible support to implement these.

You will benefit from access to a business growth adviser to provide growth support for your business and you will receive a tailored package of assistance from a combination of one-to-one sessions, masterclasses, coaching, participation in a peer network group, networking opportunities and through access to tools and resources.

Our team includes experienced business advisers who have amassed many years of experience supporting businesses of all sizes to overcome their challenges across different sectors and business disciplines.

How we can help

You will be assigned a dedicated business growth adviser who will work with you to understand your business challenges and opportunities. Your adviser will guide your business through an in-depth assessment meeting and onboarding session to undertake a bespoke diagnosis with your business or review an existing Boost plan and identify future focus.
The adviser will assess your business needs and aspirations and help develop a bespoke Growth Strategy and Action plan, complemented by a tailored package of support for business based on these needs.
Support will be delivered flexibly around your needs and preferences. A range of appropriate support options including one-to-one personalised support (in-person and virtual), bite sized coaching sessions workshops and masterclasses, peer to peer group networks, events, and tools are available through you adviser.

Your business adviser will act as your dedicated, single point of contact and will hold regular reviews with your business, assessing progress and identifying any emerging needs and helping to connect you with the right expertise, or resources.

Do I qualify for support?

The Growth Catalyst programme is available to business owners and leaders with ambition and drive to grow their business revenue and have a business that:

Has experienced organic growth in turnover and employees.
Has typically been trading for over three years.
Is a micro, small, medium-sized or large business (this includes social enterprises where these engage in economic activity) in any sector or industry, that is ready to make the next steps in further growing a successful business.

This service is available to businesses within the following partner local authority areas: Blackburn with Darwen Council, Burnley Council, Chorley Council, Fylde Council, Hyndburn Borough Council, Pendle Borough Council, Preston City Council, South Ribble Borough Council, West Lancashire Borough Council and Wyre Council.
