Are you a small to medium sized tourism business based in Lancashire? Has your business suffered as a direct result of the Covid-19 pandemic?
If so you may be eligible to receive support via the Kickstart Lancashire Tourism grant. The aim of the funding is to help your business to continue to deliver business activity, make productivity improvements or diversify via funding to access specialist advice or to purchase equipment.

100% grants of between £1,000 and £3,000 are available, going up to £5,000 in appropriate circumstances.
Projects must complete activity and pay in full by 31st January 2021 with grant claims submitted by 15th February 2021 at the latest.
You must be able to demonstrate that your business has suffered as a direct result of the pandemic. Priority will be given to those that can illustrate how their business has been affected and how this funding will help them adapt to new trading conditions.

If you feel that your business does provide a tourism service but does not fit within the categories above please email us at businesscovid19enquiries@lancashire.gov.uk demonstrating how the business is dependent on visitors for income (both leisure and business visitors)/located in a tourist area and dependant on visitors. Applications submitted by third parties will not be accepted.
In the first instance please make sure that you meet the minimum criteria below.

If you answered yes to ALL of the minimum criteria you need to complete an Expression of Interest form. Once your Expression of Interest form is submitted we will review the form and ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria and that the support is right for you. If you are eligible you will then be invited to proceed to full application. If you are not eligible we will contact you via email and, if appropriate, we will sign post you to any other suitable support.
If your full application is approved we will send you a Grant Funding Agreement, which you must sign and return to us. You must then pay for the product or service and submit a claim to us providing evidence of purchase and payment.
