Resilience Networks is a public-private partnership between Boost and some of Lancashire’s best-known business support providers giving Lancashire business owners and managers fully-funded access to expertise which will help them build a sustainable, resilient business.
Through Resilience Networks, Lancashire business leaders can access fully-funded support on finance, wellbeing, sales strategy and a range of other areas – all designed to improve their resilience and help them build a stronger and more sustainable company.
Support ranges from one-to-one coaching to workshops, events and other forms of support including podcasts. Whatever challenges you face, Resilience Networks can help you meet them and focus on your long-term goals.
Many of the sessions will also have Boost Relationship Managers on hand to offer advice and discuss how businesses can received further support.

Steps to success
The support is delivered by APD Resolutions’s Hywel Griffiths, a management and business consultant who also works as a non-executive director to a range of businesses.
This programme includes a series of one hour webinar sessions on topics focused on building business leaders’ resilience. These include stress management, employee engagement, building a winning team and overcoming difficult situations.
Marketing and resilience in a post-Covid economy
This virtual event will hear from a group of Lancashire entrepreneurs who have managed to maintain or improve their performance through the coronavirus crisis and find out how they aim to continue their successful momentum moving forward.
Attendees will also hear about how they have utilised Boost support to help. All participants will receive free access to three future Downtown In Business events (Two virtual, one live).

The Forbes resilience programme is designed for businesses seeking to explore how they can protect their business, improve resilience and create a sustainable future.
From commercial contracts, to employment and HR, to debt recovery, there is a session suitable for professionals in all business areas. Support is delivered through a series of virtual events on Zoom.
Resilience Podcast Series
The six podcast series, delivered by Geeky Group’s Phil Crowshaw, is designed for leaders in small businesses.
The sessions will help those seeking to develop their resilience in dealing with the demands put on them while running and growing their companies.
Male Mental Wellbeing Focus
The programme is designed to help male business owners and managers who are facing challenges in their mental wellbeing and resilience, so they are equipped to self-manage and plan their business recovery.
This includes help with stress, anxiety, self-awareness, confidence, motivation and several other areas. It involves online/face to face workshops (where appropriate), plus one-to-one coaching.
Business Recovery Masterclasses
The masterclasses are a series of eight one-hour sessions with expert speakers, delivered with the support of Boost and the Federation for Small Business. They are free to attend and on a range of topics to help business owners and managers recover, develop and grow their company.
Online presence, marketing and sales strategy
The programme included a series of events focused on impacting female business owner. The sessions were aimed at enabling them to pivot their businesses and implement changes that would attract new revenue streams while upskilling them to be more effective at converting customers.
Sales Resilience Strategy and Revenue Generation
Delivered through five group coaching sessions, the programme gives business leaders a critical insight into how the corporate environment is evolving and introduces them to practical techniques to guide them through turbulent times
It will teach business owners and managers how to remain in full control through adversity and steer their business confidently into 2021 and beyond.
The programme will build financial resilience for eight Lancashire businesses through an intense one-to-one programme.
It is designed to ensure that businesses get into the right habits in order to build up financial reserves in their business and put taxes to one side. This will ensure positive cashflow and that their businesses are more robust for the future.
