The Boost Resilience Programme is a public-private partnership between Boost and some of Lancashire’s best-known business support providers giving Lancashire business owners fully funded access to expertise which will help them build a sustainable, resilient business.
Through the Boost Resilience Programme, Lancashire business leaders can access support on leadership, mental health and wellbeing, solving business problems and a range of other areas – all designed to improve resilience and help them build a stronger, more sustainable company.
Support ranges from one-to-one coaching to workshops, events and other services. Whatever challenges you face, the Boost Resilience Programme can help you meet them and focus on your long-term goals.
Many of the sessions will also have Growth Support services on hand to offer advice and discuss how businesses can receive further support.

Dementia training for business leaders
Age Concern’s interactive, face to face dementia workshop training provides a practical and informative insight into dementia.
It can be tailored to suit the needs of a business audience to ensure maximum impact. It will include an introduction to dementia and cover topics including communication for people living with the syndrome.

The support is delivered by APD Resolutions’s Hywel Griffiths, a management and business consultant who also works as a non-executive director to a range of businesses.
This programme includes a series of one hour webinar sessions on topics focused on building business leaders’ resilience. These include stress management, employee engagement, building a winning team and overcoming difficult situations.

Report on Lancashire women in business leadership business and development of women’s enterprise working group.
The funded project includes a high level report based on research, mapping, interviews and case studies.
The report will map the numbers of women starting and growing businesses in Lancashire and support available. It will inform members of a pilot Women in Enterprise working group.
Resilience Reboot for people leaders
The programme will identify barriers and behaviours in your team, explore the differences between stress and resilience and help you understand what is prohibiting them from being their best.
Through peer group sessions and action learning webinars, businesses will reflect on behaviours, culture, performance and values in their organisation, while learning tools to enable them to be resilient and support others.
Boost Resilience with Lovelocalnetworking
This series of eight weekly hour-long online expert speaker sessions with Q&A has been carefully curated to explore different facets of resilience: time habits; productivity and focus; problem solving; stopping holding yourself back; mindfulness and meditation; rest, sleep and nutrition; turning goals into reality and thriving, not just surviving.
All will be recorded and sent to registered attendees.

Resilience for female entrepreneurs
Designed for female entrepreneurs, this programme of 10 masterclasses supports business growth and improves performance and productivity.
This series of masterclasses will include social media, information governance, accounting and personal development to attract new income streams, expand brand awareness, help you achieve goals and develop resilience and sustainability.
Resilience and connection
Guiding you through resilient conversation, this series of three two hour sessions provides the tools to positively connect with yourself and your team. Topics include Mind Your Language, Engaging and Encouraging Positive Conversation and A Resilient Response.
They will help you create culturally strong environments of care, in and beyond the 9 to 5 with compassion, community and connection.
