Finance: You have an idea for a business but are worried that it might not work. This two module workshop is designed to help you use a structured approach to finding out whether the cash register will ring or not.
Knowing this will then help you either develop a robust business plan or search for another, ideally better idea instead.
Session 2 – How good is your idea, really?
This session builds on the first session. You now have a business idea that you think is great, but what do others think? This session will help you to develop a robust business plan that, when complete, should be capable of convincing you and others (e.g. banks or investors) that the idea really has potential to generate attractive profits. It will also help you to answer the question on the lips of most potential customers: “why should I buy from you?”. At the end of the session, you will understand all of the elements that go to make a powerful business case. As such it will therefore give you the confidence to pursue your life as an entrepreneur.
