Customer service delights and frustrates customers each and every day. Let’s take a look at your business through your customers’’ eyes from the very first time they ‘discover’ you right through to your after sales communication. A simple change in language, processes and communication with customers can make the difference between a happy customer and one who is going straight to your competitors.
These sessions will help you improve customer service processes and communication across the whole of your business. Customer service is delivered by everyone in your organisation and each and every person has an effect on the way a customer feels.
You will learn with practical steps with real life examples of good and bad customer service to increase the learning. The smallest of tweaks can have the biggest impact.
