Exploring future ways of working post Covid-19.

iROWE and the Centre for Business, Management and Enterprise are running a series of seminars on ‘supporting the return to the workplace’. This event will explore the potential and challenges of new working models as we begin to plan for a return to the workplace. This session will consider the practical steps organisations need to take to maximise the benefits of new working models, respond to the overwhelming demand for more homeworking from employees, and how leaders and managers need to adapt and respond.
