Part of the Lancashire Innovation Festival October 2020
Despite having such a prominent role in Lancashire’s business and innovation eco-system, those in agriculture have often had to shout loud to be heard. Recently however the conversation has started to change.
Investments in the Centre for Global Eco-Innovation and the excellent work at Myerscough College show some of the strides the region is making, not to mention the significant rural communities and companies that rely on agribusinesses.
David Hall from the NFU will be joined by guests to discuss the importance of Agri-innovation to our regions economy and how the sector is growing in prominence.
The session will also include time for audience Q & A.
This brand-new festival will showcase some of Lancashire’s latest innovations in a series of web-events hosted by industry experts from across the county throughout October, covering a wide range of themes. Attendees will also be able to make the most of networking opportunities with video conferencing and an online chat functionality.
