Part 2 – How good is your idea, really?
This session builds on the first session. You now have a business idea that you think is great, but what do others think?
This session will help you to develop a robust business plan that, when complete, should be capable of convincing you and others (e.g. banks or investors) that the idea really has potential to generate attractive profits.
It will also help you to answer the question on the lips of most potential customers: “why should I buy from you?”.
Perhaps consider the mind set of how you will promote your idea but look at your business idea from a customers point of view.
What do I have that’s different? What is my competition? Am I exclusive?
At the end of the session, you will understand all of the elements that go to make a powerful business case.
As such it will give you the confidence to pursue your life as an entrepreneur.
