Do you see data or digital technology as a way to solve health challenges? Are you interested in leveraging data or technology for your business? Join our workshop, delivered over two days, and learn to use a creative process to develop your ideas.

Using a methodology called ‘Design Thinking’ you will learn how to put yourself into the shoes of the person whose problem you are trying to solve. Challenge your assumptions and understand the users’ needs before you go on to develop innovative solutions. You will leave with a toolkit enabling you to do things differently in your organisation with immediate impact.

Over two days, we bring together leaders of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) across different sectors, health providers, charities, and Community Interest Companies. As well as learning how to use the Design Thinking process for your own organisation, you will put it into practice as a group, working collaboratively to address local health challenges.

Workshop benefits:

  • Be inspired, challenged, and motivated to innovate
  • Identify opportunities for new products and services ideal for the health sector
  • Learn to apply the structured process of design thinking to problem solving
  • Learn to use new tools that will lead to improved business performance
