An investment ready service can also be provided.  At this forum A2F will discuss the various investment options available.

    Andrew started his working life at the bottom of the ladder at local IT services business Lanway. During his 21 years at Lanway, Andrew progressed to Purchasing Manager and then to Commercial Director after passing his MCIPS degree course in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. For his last three years in the business, Andrew was MD and during his tenure helped grow the business sales from £12m to £24m, increasing EBITDA from £200k to over £900k which led to the eventual sale to Chess in mid-2016.  The foundations of the growth and eventual sale were as a result of introducing a highly successful Employee Engagement and Customer Engagement strategy and giving all the key stakeholders a sense of belonging to the purpose of the business.

    Based in the North West of England, Robert works with clients across the UK and overseas. He will be discussing what an investor looks for and specialises in offer quality advice to entrepreneurs and SMEs. This session will include how to value your business and how to get ready for a purchase or sale.

    We will conclude the forum with a brief discussion of a current topic related to high growth for SMEs and share a key tip to help you improve your business performance.
