Resilience can be understood as the ability to recover from setbacks, adapt well to change, and keep going in the face of adversity.
Maintaining your personal resilience is important to performing well at work and enjoying life. When leading others your resilience is critical, enabling you to motivate and give direction to your team.
When our resilience is low there can be a sense of ‘stuckness’. We may start to see challenging tasks, changes or relationships as impossible to face.
This workshop offers the opportunity to:
- Learn about the psychology of resilience and identify the key components to maintaining good resilience.
- Gain personal insights from undertaking a resilience self-assessment to understand where you may need to take action.
- Learn how, in practical terms, to develop and maintain your resilience, using tried and tested methods.
- Participate in group learning, receiving coaching and advice to produce your own tailored action plan to kick-start a change now.
Part of our Personal Leadership Programme, this interactive workshop combines research with practical tools and tips.
