Over the past few months we have experienced an unprecedented shift in our way of life due to COVID-19. We are likely to experience continued differences to the way we function, work and socialise for the foreseeable future.
Adjusting to a new way of life can be challenging and everyone will experience different issues and demands. This uplifting and interactive course explores what our new normal will look like and helps participants to craft their own most helpful way forward, balancing work and home life.
Based on the Be Happy principles of positive psychology, the course will introduce participants to helpful skills and strategies that can buffer against the negative impacts of the pandemic such as fatigue, loss of morale and anxiety and enhance overall wellbeing and happiness.
Finding your new normal is aimed at anyone who is emerging from their lockdown limbo; and will be of particular interest to leaders and managers who need to reengage teams.
The course will:
- be delivered online as an interactive workshop (participant will receive pre-recorded presentation resources one week prior to the event which takes approximately 1 hour to work through)
- support participants to set goals, reflect and engage in activities and discussions as well as some self-reflective practices.
