Learn how to engage with the media in order to handle enquiries, deliver interviews and build your business.

TV and radio producers are looking for people all the time, whether as an expert on a topic, opinion piece or full story. How can you find these opportunities and make the most of them?

That’s where media training comes in. Richard Baguley from GDR Public Relations coaches a range of people through radio and television interviews, ensuring they present themselves in the best way possible, and secure the maximum amount of air-time available. This workshop will cover:

  • Capitalising on media to build your business
  • The future of media
  • Handling media enquiries
  • Managing media interviews
  • Media in a social world

About the speaker

Richard Baguley is Managing Director of GDR Public Relations, a PR agency based in Blackpool. He is also an Honorary Teaching Fellow at Lancaster University and a Non-executive Director of the Blackpool Grand Theatre Trust.
