Are you struggling with business finance? Want to develop an understanding of financial accounting and management for your business?

This programme will enable you to develop an understanding of financial accounting and management as it relates to your business. You’ll create a financial forecast for the year ahead, learn to predict the financial impact of your business decisions and ultimately be more in control of your cash-flow.

We’ll have an accountant on-hand throughout to share their expertise, answer burning tax and book-keeping questions and help you to understand your obligations, not only legally, but in ensuring your business will survive.
