All businesses trade in some way or another with third parties (whether they be suppliers or customers). Different types of agreement govern the different relationships businesses have with third parties and all businesses are well advised to ensure that they implement not only the correct form of agreement, but also one which is fit for purpose in order to regulate that relationship and facilitate a healthy working relationship.
The session shall cover what types of agreement need to be used in different types of relationships including those with customers and those with suppliers. We will cover a typical agreement from start to finish and focus on what types of clauses need to be covered, what they mean and highlight the common pitfalls businesses can experience when contracting with third parties so that you can spot these as and when they present themselves.
