Lancashire Forum Creative’s first face-to-face event in some time takes the form of a ‘Walk and Talk’ session in Lancaster. This event will be an opportunity to (re)connect with other SME leaders and hear how some of Lancaster’s thriving digital companies have weathered the last 18 months, their growth stories and their ideas for the near future.
Along with these talks and Q&As we will set you some reflective tasks for the walk to the next meeting point so you have the chance to digest what you’ve heard and think about how it relates to you and your peers’ businesses.
We will meet at the newly-opened Fraser House co-working space where will be given a guided tour of the hub, hear from Dan Knowles, Community Development Associate, about its creation and plans for the future and have the chance to chat to some of the businesses there. Before our first walk, we will hear from James Walkerdine, COO of Relative Insight, and have the chance to talk to him.
A stroll through Lancaster town centre will take us to SQ Digital’s offices where MD Kamal Essa will be on hand to welcome us and chat about his experiences of leading a fast-growing digital business. Following this we will make our way back to Fraser House for coffee, cogitating en route, and hopefully considering what changes and actions might be needed in your business.
Please note that numbers for this event are very limited and only open to eligible digital and creative Lancashire businesses.Click to book your place online
