Helping to boost productivity in your business

04 GrowthCatalyst (3)

Be the Business's Productivity Programme connects you with experts ready to roll up their sleeves and spot ways to boost your productivity. 44% per cent of small businesses supported see turnover rise after taking part in the programme. And 80% percent have made significant changes with Be the Business's help.

Here is a breakdown of The Productivity Programme:

  • Your own advisory board for six months: Learn from the real-world experience of some of the UK’s smartest business brains: senior figures from top companies, independent consultants and respected retirees. In four 90-minute meetings, they’ll unpack your challenges and share expertise on finance, marketing, operations, sales and HR.
  • 1-to-1 mentoring sessions: Work directly with a member of your advisory board. Ask all the difficult questions and hone the skills you need for success. As you dig into your business strengths and weaknesses, you’ll want deeper advice on specific challenges. These sessions let you get into the details and tackle them head-on.
  • Online peer sessions: Compare notes, share successes and explore ideas around productivity with peers and guest experts. Learn from small business leaders facing similar challenges and grow your network in our regular interactive meets.

Who is it for: Business owners or decision-makers in UK companies, ideally with around 5-50 employees.

What does it cost: £1795 plus VAT.

Delivered by: Be The Business.
