"Tim was very helpful pointing out our areas of weakness and then we were able to prioritise and deal with most urgent matters. The key and main benefit of his mentoring was it gave us clear direction instead of ‘running around like a headless chicken’ and not achieving anything we now have focus."
Stephen Smith, Bridge Street Stone Ltd
Who is the programme for?
Lancashire-based ambitious individuals and SME* businesses more than 3 years old.
As the programme is funded by the European Regional Development Fund some sector restrictions apply. Further details on request.
(*SME – Small to Medium Enterprises must employ fewer than 250 full-time people with a turnover of less than €50m or balance sheet of €43m.)
How does it work?
Contact Boost on 0800 488 0057 or complete the form on this page and a member of our team will contact you for an initial discussion.
We will book an appointment for one of our advisers to come out and meet you at your premises, a mutually convenient location or online via your preferred technology platform.
An initial review will identify your business and personal development goals. You choose how you want the support to be delivered – whether that is in-person or remotely, in more frequent, shorter sessions or fewer sessions that are more intensive.
You’ll be matched with a suitable mentor based on your goals.
