The fully-funded Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualifications are designed to build an effective and agile management team that can help your business to be more resilient, stay focused and continue to grow.
The Business School at Edge Hill University are offering a range of fully-funded, online CMI qualifications exclusively to Lancashire SMEs.
The professional programmes will help formalise and develop the skills and knowledge of existing, accidental or aspiring managers. The courses are offered through a flexible delivery model, created with the busy professional in mind.
Who is it for?
Employees of Lancashire-based SMEs are eligible for the support. The project offers priority to women, disabled people and members of the BAME community. All business sectors can benefit from the funded places.
The Leading Lancashire project is part-funded by the European Social Fund.
How does it work?

Once the most suitable level of course has been determined, then your employees can complete their application online: www.edgehill.ac.uk/prof-dev
Once eligibility has been approved, applicants will be contacted by the Leading Lancashire team with all the details they will need to begin their chosen CMI programme. An individual employee can only receive the fully-funded support for one CMI qualification through the Leading Lancashire project.
