Community & Business Partners’ mentors have been there and worn the T shirt and can help you avoid the pitfalls especially in these dynamic times. Your mentor will understand your current business situation, where you would like to be and the issues you will need to overcome to get there. They will create a safe space for you to explore new ideas and they will support you in making effective decisions through being a critical friend.

The Northern Mentoring Programme builds upon the funded Growth Mentoring programme offered by Boost to eligible Lancashire businesses. Boost Growth Mentoring has been so successful that funded places are now fully subscribed. Community & Business Partners has moved to satisfy demand by launching the Northern Mentoring Programme, allowing businesses to access similar support on a self-funded basis.
