Skills Bootcamps are designed to give Lancashire businesses the opportunity to recruit new staff or upskill existing staff with the in-demand skills that they need to thrive. Commissioned by the Lancashire Skills Hub, Skills Bootcamps courses and training providers have been specially selected to address the skills gaps faced by Lancashire businesses.

Today’s rapidly changing business environment needs an agile workforce and fresh talent in emerging sectors. Skills Bootcamps will give you skilled staff to help you tackle the cyber threat, attract new business online, make sense of complex data to find new opportunities, and build and enhance business systems to streamline operations. Skills Bootcamps in emerging green technologies give Lancashire’s construction and services

Skills Bootcamps graduates have been recently reskilled in a specific subject area and have demonstrated a level of interest and commitment to building a career in the industry. Our graduates are tomorrow’s experts in a wide range of areas from Cyber Security, Data Analytics and Coding through to HGV driving and construction trade.

Skills Bootcamps are available to residents across the wider Lancashire County, including areas covered by Lancashire County Council, Blackburn with Darwen Council, and Blackpool Council.
