Skills Support for the Workforce aims to support employers across Lancashire with innovative funded workforce development solutions. This project offers bespoke support and training linked to business needs to help upskill your staff thereby making retention, motivation and productivity better. You have a choice of training options to choose from, so all you need to do to find out more is get in touch and the team will do the rest.
What support is available?
The project aims to provide skills support across all sectors with accredited qualifications and bespoke training courses to businesses in Lancashire. The training is offered in partnership with a number of specialist training providers and includes technical qualifications and units, higher level skills such as leadership and management and responsive, short, bespoke training and workshops on skills such as social media and digital marketing amongst many others. We can support your employees to progress within their role, into apprenticeships or further training.
Our training is flexible – it can be delivered direct to staff on your premises, at a local venue or wherever there’s access to the internet.
