Funded by the European Social Fund via the UK Skills Funding Agency, the Skills Support in Lancashire programme is designed to deliver workplace learning courses across the whole of the county to meet individual, employer and regional development needs. By upskilling Lancashire’s workforce, the programme aims to increase business productivity by providing skills training to enhance employee skills and career prospects.
