Our mission is simple: to help Lancashire businesses thrive.
We help ambitious entrepreneurs and business leaders to start, grow and scale their businesses, unlocking economic growth and creating jobs across the county.
Since 2013, Boost has supported more than 20,000 businesses, helped create over 3,500 jobs, and contributed more than £130m to the Lancashire economy.

We also lead a dedicated Lancashire Scaleup Hub, previously known as Two Zero. Over a five-year support programme launched in 2020, Two Zero delivered a series of specialist scaleup initiatives to more than 140 businesses. Together, these businesses represent a combined turnover of around £309m and employ over 1,100 people.

Our Knowledge Hub shares practical insights, advice and inspiration to help businesses start, grow and scale.
Championing Lancashire businesses
We actively promote positive business news across our channels, reaching over monthly 6,000 website users and a LinkedIn community of more than 5,000 followers,
Leadership and co-ordination
We work closely with national government, local authorities, private sector partners and other business support organisations to shape and strengthen Lancashire’s business support eco-system.
