Add your event to Boost

Organising an event of interest to growing businesses in Lancashire? Send us details and we’ll post suitable events to Boost’s events calendar.

Add your event

Boost provides growing Lancashire businesses details of events, workshops and seminars that help them to develop their skills, knowledge and business networks. We’re always keen to share these invites on behalf of district councils, business support organisations and members of our Boost & Co network.

The key requirements of all the events Boost promotes are:

  • It must be of interest and relevant to growing Lancashire businesses
  • The event must be held in Lancashire
  • Attendees must be able to register for a place (i.e. the event is not ‘by invitation only)

To submit your event please complete the form below and click the ‘Submit event to Boost’ button. Each form field has an explanation on it of the type of information we need, and you can see examples of approved events on our events calendar.

Approval process

Once you’ve completed the below form your event will be placed in a queue of events that our team manually approves. We check posted events during business hours at least three times per week (during regular business hours), and if your event is approved it will be posted to the Boost events calendar.

 

If our team has any further questions about your event, we will contact you to collect this information, before adding it to your listing and posting it to the website.

Please provide the details of the person to contact if we need to find out more about the event before posting it to the website. Please note, these details will not appear on the event listing.

Your event

This is where we need details of your event to post on our website. Please ensure that you provide a short title for the event, the full address of the venue, and an event description that explains what the event is about, who should attend and why.

The URL for info / bookings is the link you want people to follow to make a booking - usually a booking page on your website or Eventbrite.

Finally, if your event spans multiple days please add a listing for each day, or for the first day, and explain that the event is on multiple days in the description.
