Krishan has over 22 years of professional experience in advising clients on an entire gamut of indirect taxes, including customs, foreign trade policy, GST and other allied laws.

He is leading India Investment Road map offering which provides end to end support to businesses with setting up in India and promoting investment in India.

Amit Kumar
Partner, Direct Tax

Amit has over 24 years of post-qualification experience in audit and consulting in varied fields of international/corporate tax, merger & acquisitions tax, and regulatory matters.

He specialises in advising clients on business and operational structures from a tax and regulatory perspective. Amit has also worked extensively in advising India inbound and outbound clients on tax-efficient structuring and advisory. He also advises on international tax implications on cross-border transactions.

Prasenjit Sarkar

Partner and India Investment Advisory Leader, Grant Thornton India

Prasenjit is a Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries in India (ICSI) and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and a degree in law form Delhi University.

He is a certified professional for various subjects like CSR, Due-Diligence, FEMA, MSME, Corporate Restructuring, SEBI etc.. conducted by ICSI as well as a certified faculty/ trainer on the said courses.

He possesses more than 17 years of consulting experiences in Company Law, FEMA, Capital Markets  including last stint with KPMG India where he has been leading the Corporate Secretarial Practice.
