There will be 4 tables and we would like to invite Tech Leaders throughout Lancashire to join us.

Each table has a host/facilitator who will also be an expert in the subject matter.

Each session will be for 1 hour, with the opportunity to join 2 table events throughout the 2.5-hour event.

Two leadership expert coaches, focusing on this huge subject, with tips, advice, and sharing their knowledge.

Hosted by: Simon Clarkson, founder of Think Work, developing high-performance individuals and teams to exceed their capabilities and Dee Gough, a mindset and transformation coach to help achieve ambitious goals.

Staffing: Retaining and Attracting

With an HR Director and Talent Acquisition Specialist, sharing their knowledge and experience firsthand!

Hosted by: Niel Cope, CEO of People Matters, providing outsourced HR services for all sizes of businesses and Gary Keay, founder of GK Recruitment, IT recruitment specialist, with 20+ years in the Lancashire tech community.
