Following on from the success of Your Business Bootcamp, Community & Business Partners are pleased to run its online version. Your Business Bootcamp Bitesize will be a chance for business owners and leaders to come together for monthly workshops delivered by experts in their field.

  • How to maintain / create accounts – from spreadsheets to accounting software
  • Budgeting and forecasting – what can I spend and how much will I make ?

Facilitator Bio:

Partner in AC Accountancy Services UK Ltd in Horwich, Pam is a business consultant, chartered accountant and board advisor, with diverse commercial and extensive operational experience. She is an experienced CEO, MD and FD offering high level support to the boardroom, business owners, senior managers and trustees. 

A highly experienced advisor with experience in raising finance, restructuring debt, developing business plans, changing business propositions, and disposals & exit planning. Pam's specialisms also include small businesses, charities, not for profit, property development, investment, management and construction. Her career highlights include, saving Hartlepool Utd Football club from administration as CEO and Chairwoman, winning a landmark housing case as FD of a housing association, developing and selling 3 property portfolios worth £19m.
