natalie_smith__central_recruitment 2

Central Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency for industrial, commercial and engineering sectors working with clients in Blackburn and across East Lancashire.

Natalie Smith, founder, contacted Boost Business Lancashire (the Lancashire Business Growth Hub) needing support to help develop and grow the business.

She attended a managing performance and raising finance bootcamp, and benefited from 1-2-1 coaching from an experienced high growth specialist. Natalie's experience of the business support has been captured in this short case study video.
