Executive chairman Stephen Thorpe decided to take advantage of the Lancashire Forum programme, delivered by Lancaster University Management School to further develop his entrepreneurial and business leadership skills.

Stephen attended a series of networking sessions that enabled him to interact with other SME leaders as part of a strategic business improvement agenda. Stephen assessed his progress in relation to personal and professional goals, while a number of masterclasses featuring inspirational speakers complemented a highly integrated business support and development package.

The Lancashire Forum sessions have helped to shape CME Medical’s strategy for 2014 and beyond. Stephen fully expects to see this reflected in tangible business performance benefits in the near future.
