South Ribble Borough Council (SRBC) have launched the Vacant Commercial Property Grant to help reduce the number of empty commercial properties across South Ribble including those in High Streets, Town Centres, Industrial & Commercial business parks.

Grant funding is available up to £5,000 to fund Capital works and equipment.
