Matthew Sheppard Growth Catalyst Scale to Thrive

Matt has over 15 years’ experience as a business adviser working with a great many Lancashire-based SMEs to help them start and grow.

His main areas of specialism include supporting businesses to adopt new processes, develop growth strategies and overcome their barriers to growth. Through this he has worked with many business types, especially in the digital and manufacturing sectors. Recently Matt has worked on an environmental research project assisting SMEs to develop new low carbon technologies.

Matt enjoys working with ambitious businesses in Lancashire, supporting them to assess potential growth opportunities and diagnosing any barriers and helping them develop a strategy that will drive them to achieve high growth. He also finds it equally rewarding to work with small businesses that are able to impact on a world stage through their expertise.
