Mike has helped businesses across Lancashire for over 30 years, as an employee with several support organisations, and in a self-employed capacity. He works with management teams to enable their growth ambitions ensuring that they can reach their full potential.

As a Boost business adviser, Mike's specialist areas include employee engagement, leadership, change management, business planning, innovation, and strategic human resource management. He seeks to build effective and lasting relationships with business owners and their teams, and seeks to continually adopt new tools, techniques, and concepts, to pass on to all those that he works with.

Mike is also currently a lecturer at York St John University and Blackburn College. He is chairman of Simply Doughnuts in Blackburn, lead consultant with Anthem Engagement a mentor for Community & Business Partnerships, and Innovator International, and a trustee with Get Set Academy.
