connection works

After many years as part of the Lancashire County Council BOOST & Co community, founder Chris Hunter is proud to return under his new venture, Connection Worx, with a clear intention: to give back, support others, and help businesses access the help they need right now. Chris has personally benefited from BOOST support in previous chapters of his business journey and understands how powerful the right guidance, connections, and signposting can be at the right moment. Connection Worx is built on that same principle.

At Connection Worx, we work across three interconnected layers: For businesses We help organisations stay online, secure, and ready through reliable connectivity, telecoms, and cybersecurity solutions that simply work. When technology is solid, businesses can focus on growth instead of firefighting. For teams We support better communication, trust, and collaboration using personality diversity tools, coaching, and practical workshops. When teams are connected, they work better together. For individuals We help people reduce stress, shift limiting beliefs, and build emotional resilience, so they can perform and lead without burning out. When people feel resilient, they thrive.

What we see time and again is simple but powerful: When tech works, focus improves When communication improves, collaboration follows When resilience grows, performance becomes sustainable It all works together. And when connection works, everything works. Connection Worx is here to support businesses, teams, and individuals across Lancashire and beyond and to help signpost others into the wider BOOST ecosystem wherever that support is needed. Let’s build something stronger, together.
