I have worked in professional practice for over 25 years and I have seen this first hand: we are facing overwhelming digital demands, a lack of skills and confidence to navigate them compounded by a vulnerable workforce.

We deliver this in a practical and engaging way and already have a strong track record of helping hundreds of people in the region.

What one top tip would you give to a business owner embarking on a growth plan?

Start with a clear goal, be bold and optimistic, but stay grounded. Avoid setting targets that feel out of reach, as they can drain your motivation. Instead, aim for goals you can confidently achieve, then raise the bar as you progress.
