What one top tip would you give to a business owner embarking on a growth plan?
Do your homework and truly understand your consumer! So many businesses dive into growth plans based on limited information. Research and preparation is vital to growth. Know your market inside out, understand your competitive set better than anyone else and get your proposition right, don’t be a ‘Me Too’.
