Two Zero is sponsoring this year’s Business Woman of the Year category, which aims to recognise female business leaders who have shown initiative and excellent leadership with a proven track record of outstanding achievements in business growth and acumen.

The shortlist for the Business Woman category is:

  • Gemma Walker, Helispeed
  • Jacqui Gale MBE, Wax Lyrical
  • Lorna Davidson, Redwigwam
  • Maria Whitehead MBE, Hawkshead Relish Company

Amin Vepari, programme manager, Two Zero, said: “Two Zero’s mission is to help the leaders of Lancashire scaleup businesses realise their ambition. Helping female-led scaleups is key to that and Two Zero funded a bespoke scaleup support programme for female business leaders last year.

“There are a huge range of brilliant female-led businesses across the county and we’re pleased to be partnering with the Enterprise Vision Awards to help recognise these businesses and build their profile.

“In particular, we hope we can work with Gemma from Helispeed, which is based in Blackpool, to support the continued growth of her business.”

This year’s Enterprise Vision Awards marks the tenth anniversary since the awards began. The award winners will be announced at a ceremony at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens on September 24.
