Business Academy

What you’ll learn

  • Identify AI opportunities that align with organisational goals and priorities.

  • Develop a framework for evaluating and prioritising AI initiatives.

  • Create an actionable roadmap for AI adoption and transformation.

Description
Many organisations are investing in AI, yet struggle to connect their initiatives to meaningful business outcomes. Without a clear strategy, AI projects can become isolated experiments that fail to deliver measurable value. This webinar explores how to align AI initiatives with organisational goals, customer needs, and operational priorities.

We will examine how organisations can identify the most valuable AI opportunities, prioritise projects based on business impact, and create a roadmap that supports sustainable adoption. Attendees will learn how to move beyond the excitement of new technology and focus on practical implementation that delivers results.

Drawing on DigitalB's approach to AI transformation, this session will demonstrate how organisations can build confidence, create consistency across teams, and ensure that AI supports wider business objectives rather than becoming another disconnected technology project. Participants will leave with practical frameworks to assess AI opportunities and build an AI strategy that is aligned with long-term organisational success.
