This series of workshops is delivered by Selnet, on behalf of Boost’s Flying Start service and being presented by Boost business advisers Chris Trickett, Lynn Trickett, and the team at CVS.
Chris is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and Institute of Consulting and offers a contemporary, process-driven approach, including strategic troubleshooting, and practical tips to enhance sustainability and commercial success.
Lynn is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and qualified business adviser with a distinguished 24-year record in facilitating business support contracts. She has extensive expertise in working with new and growth businesses across multiple sectors.

It is aimed at leaders who have a bright and growing vision for their new business. The service focusses on building business and financial acumen and the core skills to establish a new business and drive sustainable growth.
