AUDIENCE: Home Care Providers (including potential new providers, those on the provider list, and those currently off the list) We are expanding our provider network and are particularly interested in hearing from homecare agencies about the Short Breaks offer in Lancashire.
We’re inviting providers to take part in an engagement event focused on:
• Individualised support for children and young people with SEND to help them get out into the community, try new activities and develop skills for life.
• Care services delivered in the home, in the community, and through overnight short breaks.
