Description
The EU’s Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) marks a significant shift in how products are designed, manufactured, and marketed across Europe. As part of the EU’s wider sustainability agenda, ESPR introduces a comprehensive framework to improve product durability, repairability, recyclability, and environmental performance throughout the entire lifecycle.

In this practical session, we’ll explore what ESPR means for UK businesses exporting to the EU, including the expansion of requirements to cover almost all physical products, new obligations around sustainability data via Digital Product Passports, and the gradual rollout of product-specific rules.

Join us to understand the key concepts, timelines, and business impacts, and gain clear insights into how to prepare for compliance and stay competitive in an increasingly regulated EU market.
