This workshop will provide an opportunity for managers to share their practice and enhance their people management skills. We will provide an environment to support you in reviewing and reflecting on your management capacity and capabilities.

This workshop has been designed using a research-informed approach to best help you develop the skills required to meet business needs. Lunch and refreshments will be provided on the day
