Join us for a special Fireside Chat with Tom Munday, Lancaster University alumnus and entrepreneurial force behind the success of Lux Rewards. From humble beginnings offering odd jobs door-to-door in Chester, Tom’s entrepreneurial journey has taken him to the helm of one of the UK’s most exciting reward technology start-ups.

A 2018 graduate in Management and IT, Tom joined Lux Rewards when it was a struggling early-stage venture. Under his leadership, the company transformed into a major player in the global loyalty space, partnering with household names including Just Eat, British Airways, Barclaycard, and Mastercard. In 2024, Lux was acquired for an eight-figure sum by global rewards platform Enigmatic Smile — a landmark exit that underscored the impact of Tom’s vision, drive, and strategic acumen.

With previous ventures including a nightlife loyalty platform developed during his studies, and experience working across multiple start-ups in tech, retail, and healthcare, Tom has built an impressive track record of scaling businesses and forging high-impact partnerships. His story is one of grit, risk-taking, and unwavering focus on value creation.

Expect a candid and inspiring discussion on entrepreneurship, navigating start-up life, and the lessons learned from taking an idea from pitch deck to global scale. Please note this event is in person only.
