This practical session is designed for businesses that want to start selling goods through their own website as well as through online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay or Etsy. We will explore the key decisions involved in getting set up, from choosing the right e-commerce platform and securing a suitable domain name to understanding the benefits and trade-offs of different marketplace channels.

The webinar will also cover the basics of creating a professional online shop, managing product listings, and building a sales approach that works across multiple channels. Whether you are launching your first online store or looking to expand beyond one route to market, this session will provide practical guidance to help you take the first steps with confidence.
