We’ll help you understand what’s coming next for the Lancashire economy as we exclusively reveal the latest results of the Chamber’s powerful Quarterly Economic Survey (QES). You’ll be joined by fellow MDs, directors, finance and people professionals, from around the county.

With skills and recruitment firmly in the spotlight and the labour market facing its greatest challenge in years, businesses are under increasing pressure to rethink how they attract, retain and develop talent. As the Local Skills Improvement Plan, led by the Chamber, gathers momentum, we invite business leaders and decision‑makers to be in the room for an informed and practical discussion, in partnership with our partners, Brabners.

Taking place at Runshaw College, Leyland, this must‑attend event will feature a fireside chat with Dr. Michelle Lawty‑Jones, Director of the Lancashire Skills Hub, who’ll be in conversation with host BBC Journalist, Mike Stevens, followed by a panel discussion featuring expert voices exploring recruitment, employment and long‑term workforce planning.
