Chloe Pieri is confirmed to be speaking on behalf on SP Electricity North West at the Lancashire Energy and Environment Forum on the 19th January 2026!! Chloe joined SP Electricity North West in August 2025, bringing over 15 years of expertise in customer engagement, service design, and project management. In her role as Connections Customer Engagement Manager, Chloe is responsible for enabling the delivery of a consistently high standard of customer service and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the connections process.

She leads the Pre-Application Support Team, which serves as the initial point of contact for customers, providing guidance and clarity from the outset. Chloe is committed to embedding the customer perspective at the core of the organisation, championing the customer voice and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
