The Lancashire Skills & Employment Hub

Lancashire Social Value Network will bring together businesses, procurers, charities, and social value practitioners from across Lancashire to explore how we can collectively turn social value commitments into meaningful, measurable impacts for our communities.

It will also give you excellent networking opportunities to build your understanding and capacity around social value. During this session, we’ll look at how organisations can move from high level tender promises to real world delivery—through stronger partnerships, better alignment with local needs, and practical action.

Our panel will feature leading voices from across the sector, including:
• John Walmsley, Casey Group
• Lauren Capstick, Lancashire Skills & Employment Hub
• Paul Bullock, 3D 360
• Jess McGlynn, Marston Holdings
• Greg Mitten, LACVS • Mick Smith, Together Housing Group & Newground

The event will cover
• How organisations can partner with local projects to deliver meaningful social value
• Where to find high impact opportunities across Lancashire
• How to embed local needs and opportunities into bids and tenders
• Common delivery challenges — and how to overcome them
• How to turn commitments into tangible results for local people The event will also offer:
• Networking with 100+ cross sector organisations
• Access to exhibitors who can support social value delivery and representatives from Lancashire County Council's Procurement Team • A chance to put questions directly to our expert panel Booking is essential.
